What is your service area?

How long have you been in business?
We have been providing solutions to our clients since 1995.

Do you offer a guarantee?
Yes of course! We provide a 30 day guarantee on our workmanship and our manufacturers provide guarantees on their parts. Your covered!

What are your office hours?
We can be contacted from Monday to Friday 7:30 – 4:30 at 604-444-3711.
After 4:30 on call service in effect.

Do you work on Saturday or Sunday?
Yes, however, overtime rates will apply.

Do you offer Building Maintenance?

Yes we do. Call today or email us. We do a walk about at no charge and provide an estimate for ongoing maintenance.

Do you work with Strata Properties and Property Managers?
Yes, we work closely with Strata Property Managers and Strata Council. Please contact us for full details.

Does it cost more for Emergency Services?
Yes emergency service call outs are charged at a different rate, please call 604-444-3711 for your specific emergency.

What does 24HR service mean?
We do not have a full crew for 24HR’s only during peak hours, we will try to accommodate our customers in a timely manner.
